Animal Samaritans SPCA is fortunate to be the recipient of bequests and donations from many caring individuals who want to partner with us to promote animal welfare and the many good works we do in the community. In addition to serving our four-legged and feathered friends, Animals Samaritans' compassion and commitment to serve extends to thousands of local school children, troubled youth, and our dependant elderly population. Our Humane Education staff visits roughly 14,000 school children each year, from Palm Springs to Mecca. Our Animal Assisted Therapy program-an all volunteer program visiting area hospitals, care facilities Juvenile Hall centers, and assisted living communities-serves more than 1,000 people a month,

Your financial contribution will help sustain our many important programs and services including:

• SHELTER & ADOPTIONS: On average 450 animals are adopted from our shelter each year.
• HUMANE EDUCATION: on average, we visit 14,000 local school children annually.
• LOW/NO-COST SPAY & NEUTER: on average, we perform close to 8,000 surgeries per year.
• LOW AND NO COST VACCINATIONS: on average, we administer 16,000 vaccinations each year.
• ANIMAL ASSISTED THERAPY: on average, our volunteers see over 1,000 people a month.
